Shopify offers free, high-resolution stock photos through a platform called Burst. You can search and explore thousands of stock photos from within your theme editor.
Burst makes it easy to add these photos directly to your online store.
All of the stock photos in Burst are offered with royalty-free licensing. This means that you can use or edit the photos however you’d like. Providing an attribution is not required, although it’s encouraged.
Step #1: Click on “Customize” next to the theme you want to edit in your “Theme Library.”
Step #2: Choose a “Section” on the left side of your theme editor where you want to add a photo.
Step #3: Select “Explore Free Images.”
Step #4: Browse for a stock image by category.
Step #5: Choose your image and click “Select” to add it to the template.
That’s it!
You can add free stock photos to any page of your theme by following the simple steps that I’ve listed in this tutorial.
