When you enable locations, orders can be fulfilled based on where your inventory is located. This makes it easy for you to see which location your orders need to be fulfilled from.

Orders will automatically be fulfilled from locations with the highest priority on your location list. If that location is out of stock, the next locations on your priority list will be used.

To change the fulfillment priority, follow these steps:

Step #1: Go to “Settings” and select “Locations” from the list.

Step #2: Click “Edit Fulfillment Priority”

Step #3: Drag the location names to edit their priority. 

Step #4: Save your changes. 

Orders that cannot be fulfilled with inventory at one location will be display items as unfulfilled. The unfulfilled section will show the availability of products at other locations with enough inventory to fulfill the order. 

If products are only stocked at one location, then you are unable to change the fulfillment location for an order.
